Shipping Logistics Solutions EOOD (“we”, “our”, “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains how we look after personal data when you visit www.sls-logistics.com or contact us.

Shipping Logistics Solutions EOOD is the controller responsible for your personal data.

3. The data we collect

We keep data collection to a minimum. This website uses no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking or profiling cookies, so we do not build a profile of your visit.

We collect only what you give us voluntarily, by sending the cargo enquiry form, writing to us or calling us. That may include:

• Identity data: name and surname
• Contact data: email address and telephone number
• Business data: company name and the details of the shipment you are enquiring about

4. The enquiry form

The cargo enquiry form on this site is delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form delivery service acting as our processor. The information you type into the form is transmitted through their service in order to reach us by email. We do not use it for marketing and we do not sell or share it with anyone else. If you prefer not to use the form, write to [email protected] directly.

5. How we use your data

We use personal data only where the law allows, most commonly:

• to answer your enquiry or quotation request;
• to perform a contract we have entered into or are about to enter into with you, such as arranging a shipment;
• where it is necessary for our legitimate interests in running a chartering business and your rights do not override those interests;
• where we must comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to business are kept for up to 24 months so that we can pick up a conversation you may return to. Records relating to shipments we have actually performed are kept for as long as commercial and tax law requires.

We have put in place appropriate measures to prevent personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed, and we limit access to those who have a business need to know.
