Who we are
Shipping Logistics Solutions EOOD is a chartering brokerage, freight operator and port operator registered in Sofia. The company is new. The people who run it are not: between them they bring four decades in dry bulk, breakbulk and project cargo, and the judgement that only comes from having done it.
A small desk, on purpose
There is no account management layer here. You speak to the person who fixes your cargo, and that person has seen the load port, knows the agent and can tell you before you commit whether a laycan is realistic or wishful.
A brokerage this size cannot be everything to everyone, and does not try. What it can be is fast, and answerable.
Two capacities, always declared
We work in two ways. As broker, we find you the vessel and are paid a commission by the party that engages us. As operator, we take the tonnage on charter ourselves and sell you the carriage at a firm all-in rate, carrying the risk between what we pay the owner and what we quote you.
Both are ordinary in this trade. What is less ordinary is being told which one you are dealing with. We state it on every offer, before you commit — because a firm rate and a commission rate are not the same product, and you should be able to compare them knowing which is which.
What does not change either way: we own no vessels and we are tied to no owner or fleet. There is no hold of ours that somebody needs to fill.
New company, old hands
Shipping Logistics Solutions EOOD was registered in 2026. The people running it have been in this trade since 1984: forty years of grain out of the Black Sea, cement and steel into North Africa, and project units that had to be surveyed twice before anybody would touch them.
Standing orders
On a ship the master leaves written orders for the officer on watch: short, numbered, not open to interpretation. These are ours. Hold us to them.

You always know in which capacity we act. Broker on commission, or operator on our own account with a firm rate — stated on every offer, before you commit.

Every enquiry gets an answer within the working day — a rate if the cargo is straightforward, the questions we need answered first if it is not. A cargo left waiting is a cargo that goes elsewhere.

We do not offer tonnage we have not verified ourselves. Whichever hat we are wearing, what reaches your desk is what suits your cargo.

The person who fixes your cargo is the person who answers the phone. Nothing is handed down a queue.

If something changes on the quay you hear it from us first, and you hear it while it can still be put right.
